Sinopse :
Irlanda, 1920. Trabalhadores da cidade e do campo unem-se para formar uma guerrilha armada para enfrentar os impiedosos esquadrões “Black e Tan” que, chegados de Inglaterra, irão bloquear a tentativa de independência irlandesa. Guiado por um forte sentido de dever e amor pelo seu país, Damien (Murphy) abandona a sua promissora carreira como médico e junta-se ao seu irmão, Teddy (Delaney), numa perigosa e violenta luta pela liberdade.
